Conformetrix offers a powerful new platform technology that, for the first time, can determine the preferred conformation of any small soluble molecule.
Using only experimental data, we rapidly deliver accurate, biologically-relevant and previously-unobtainable 3D structural information for use in molecular design processes.
Our breakthrough technology is applicable to pharmaceutical, agro- and petro-chemical industries as well as to research and development programs in the fields of cosmetics and food additives.
One example application for our technology is determining the 3D structure of a natural ligand. This provides the solid experimental foundation required by pharmaceutical chemists (synthetic, medicinal and computational) for use in target validation, lead discovery and lead optimisation processes.
