Chairman: Clive Dix, PhD

Clive has over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology business. His previous roles include Senior Vice President for R&D of PowderJect Pharmaceuticals plc that was acquired by Chiron for £550 million in 2003, and UK Research Director for Glaxo Wellcome.

Chief Scientific Officer: Charles Blundell, DPhil

Charles is co-inventor of Conformetrix's core technology and a renowned NMR-biologist with 10+ years of experience at the cutting-edge of structural biology.

Chief Technical Officer: Andrew Almond, PhD

Andrew is co-inventor of Conformetrix's technology; a physicist turned structural biologist and an RSE/BBSRC Entrepreneurial Fellow with a 10+ year track-record of publishing in world-class structural-biology journals and obtaining highly competitive research funding.

Non-Executive Director (Business Development): Sam Williams, PhD

Sam is the CEO of Modern Biosciences plc and a director of several private UK biotech companies. Sam was Europe’s number-one ranked biotech equity analyst while at Lehman Brothers (2002-2007) and has over ten years’ experience in life sciences finance.

Non-Executive Director (Medicinal Chemistry): Harry Finch, PhD

Harry has many years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and is currently Senior Vice President, Therapeutics, of Argenta Discovery. He worked for Ciba-Geigy, Roche and Allen & Hanburys, before joining GlaxoWellcome where he became Director of Chemistry.
