Platinum | Gold | Silver | Bronze | Analytical NMR

Bronze is the lowest resolution 4D-structural analysis we perform. It identifies the top few modal conformations a molecule inhabits (often just 2 or 3) and defines over 50% of the bond modalities and geometries. This level of structure information is still superior to what can be achieved via standard NMR + MD analysis and if the molecule in question is a naturally occurring ligand, it is also likely to include a good estimate of the bioactive conformation.

We recommend a Bronze-level structure for the analysis of several compounds from a related lead series; where a comparative study (explaining outliers or identifying chemotype / conformational trends) rather than a detailed quantitative assessment of any one molecule is required.
